LMS Mechanical is a Canadian family owned business in operation since 1984. Formerly under the name of PDQ, the principal, Lajos Kellner has been operating his own small business since graduating from George Brown College. LMS Mechanical can provide heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing and computer controls to homes ranging from 2,000 sq feet to 60,000 sq feet including high rise office buildings and 10,000 – 500,000 square ft manufacturing plants. Nothing is too small for LMS. We take pride in “fixing that problem area” no one else can to prove ourselves as a dependable, reliable, skilled mechanical contractor. If it’s not right the first time, LMS will guarantee to make it right.
Lajos spent extensive time apprenticing with his uncle, who learned the trade in Hungary before immigrating to Canada. In those days, parts were hard to come by so Lajos learned the in-depth workings of mechanics and is skilled to diagnose the problem and repair as necessary, with or without new parts. LMS is not a “parts changers” but actually practiced mechanical technicians.
LMS is proud of its reputation in the custom home industry. LMS has completed many large homes ranging from 10,000 square feet up to 60,000 square feet. LMS keeps most of its services in house including complete DDC Control and Energy Management. LMS can wire your home to manage all areas including temperature, equipment failure and water pipe issues. LMS will know there is a problem before the home owner does through email alarming. LMS can then connect to the DDC system, diagnose a problem and potentially repair it without leaving the office. We even have the capability to re-start heat pumps remotely as well as ____ drives.
LMS also has a significant presence in the commercial / industrial market boasting Hershey Canada and Para Paints as just a few of our long term clients.
LMS will provide 24 hour site monitoring, warranties, extended warranties and some clients prefer all inclusive warranty. |
